If the item was received damaged upon delivery, you have three (3) business days to contact us and initiate an item exchange, store credit, or repair. Please note that all exchanges are subject to pre-approval on a case-by-case basis. If the item is approved for an exchange, the merchandise must be returned to us in its original packaging, unworn condition, and not show any signs of wear.

For international orders, shipping rates will be calculated at checkout or billed by invoice. Buyer may be billed separately if additional shipping costs are incurred. Please note that International VAT tax and duties, import fees, broker fees are not included and are the responsibility of the buyer and must be paid directly by the buyer to their local government customs for clearance. We ship worldwide.

All merchandise shipped internationally outside the United States will be subject to local government VAT and duties.
